Full-stack Engineer
End-to-end product work — frontend, APIs, and shipping production systems with the team.
You take features from idea to production: design APIs and data, build the interface and ship the release. The role is for people who like to see the whole product and own the result.
What you'll do: Design the backend — Build APIs, data schemas and integrations with external services.; Build interfaces — Implement the client side in React / Next.js together with a designer.; Ship to production — Set up environments, CI/CD and monitoring, and support releases.; Make decisions — Discuss architecture and trade-offs with the team and the client.
What we expect and offer: Stack — TypeScript, Node.js or a similar backend stack, React / Next.js, SQL / NoSQL databases.; Experience — 3+ years of development and experience launching products to production.; Format — Full-time, Minsk / Warsaw / Remote, flexible schedule.; Team — A small team, direct communication and influence on technical decisions.
